Oblivion is a Slow Food Restaurant, and to us the most important aspect is the non standardisation of taste. No MSG nor preservatives are used. Herbs are all garden fresh, harvested 30 minutes before opening. All food is freshly prepared with the greatest passion and presented in the most elegant way – this is just the beginning though.
