Both upstairs & downstairs floors have open-plan kitchen, lounge & dining room, bathroom & wooden-deck balcony overlooking the whole of Cape Town. The entire house is secured with Trellidors throughout. At the moment, I have international students from Mauritius, Holland, Germany, the UK, France & Austria who are all getting on well together, studying, sharing and also having fun. I am pet-friendly and have cats and an adorable small dog. There is a safe bus or taxi route from the house into town. There is an old mine quarry which one can admire and where one can picnic too.
